Potato gnocchi: making of the dough by the participants. I will give you instructions to select and buy the right quality of potatoes. We will use a wooden tool to shape gnocchi and I will show you how to shape gnocchi using simple kitchen tools.
We will pair gnocchi with ONE of the following traditional sauces prepared from scratch by the participants:
- Tomato and basil sauce (fresh or canned tomato, basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, chili pepper salt)
- Butter, parmesan and fresh sage
During the cooking class the Chef will show you how to make another typical gnocchi sauce: PESTO SAUCE or RAGU SAUCE

During the lesson, you will eat the fruit of your labour and enjoy food paired with a tasting of local wines. At the end of the class, we will relax together in the dining room, tasting the last recipe prepared in a joyful and friendly atmosphere.

Knowledge required: beginner-friendly, amateurs, experts. Class suitable for 13 years and over. If younger than 13 years, please contact us directly to discuss.
What to bring: Longhair ladies can bring hair clips in case they need it to be more comfortable. We suggest you wear different layers (in winter time) and comfortable clothes and shoes.
