The class menu will include 2 of the most traditional Roman-style dishes worldwide, paired with excellent local wine. Dishes will be prepared from scratch, according to the most advanced and successful cooking techniques.

Carbonara pasta making
Pasta with Carbonara sauce (spaghetti or a short pasta cut, eggs, guanciale or pancetta or bacon, parmesan cheese, pecorino cheese, black pepper) is a true classic of the Roman cuisine. Every family has its own version. It is an extremely tasty pasta dish and to be successful it must be creamy and well balanced.
You will learn to preparare carbonara sauce using the bain marie method.
Note: zucchini or asparagus can be used instead of guanciale for a vegetarian version.
Roman-style saltimbocca making
Roman-style saltimbocca is a simple and flavorful second course, quick and easy to prepare.

During the lesson, you will eat the fruit of your labour and enjoy food paired with a tasting of local wines. At the end of the class, we will relax together in the dining room, tasting the last recipe prepared in a joyful and friendly atmosphere.

Knowledge required: beginner-friendly, amateurs, experts. Class suitable for 13 years and over. If younger than 13 years, please contact us directly to discuss.
What to bring: Longhair ladies can bring hair clips in case they need it to be more comfortable. We suggest you wear different layers (in winter time) and comfortable clothes and shoes.
