Our professional kitchen setting will allow you to have a truly hands-on experience, so that you will be able to recreate perfectly the dishes when you return home.
Our cooking classes are based on the respect of genuine and real family and traditional recipes handed down through generations. Our lessons will take you through the whole cooking process, highlighting the use of seasonal ingredients. The aim is to improve your cooking skill and your knowledge of our traditional cuisine.
so cook! has:
- a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 12 students, perfectly to qualified standards, is an ideal place to hold cooking lessons. Each student uses a workstation from which to follow the teacher in an interactive manner;
- a bistrot room where you can taste the fruits of your labour at the of the cooking class. The majority of our classes can be instantly reserved online.
For some of our classes
(mainly private on-site classes on specific menus and/or for specific groups) you will need to submit a booking request which will be reviewed before any payment is required. You can also buy a private lessons should you have any questions or special requests.
We can accommodate some dietary restrictions including vegetarian options.
After being closed since the end of February 2020 here at so cook! we’re excited to see a ray of light at the end of this long uncertain tunnel. We will gradually be adding on-site classes back to the schedule.
On-site classes will be returning with some slight changes in keeping with the current social distancing regulations and our already stringent hygiene protocols will be supplemented. At so cook! we are committed to providing you with a fun, clean, safe and professional environment. We have been following and will continue to follow the recommendations of public health agencies and local authorities.
We thank all our customers for your continued support, patience, understanding and flexibility during this period as we learn and adapt to the changing information and regulations.
We’re very excited to begin welcoming everyone back soon! We kindly ask you to scrupulously comply with the following rules of conduct, with respect for all.
It is mandatory to disinfect the hands before entering, using the gel dispensers positioned at the entrance. Before entering the facility, each visitor will undergo a body temperature measurement. If a value equal to or greater than 37.5 ° C is detected, the entry will not be allowed. During your stay it is mandatory to wear masks. Indoors and in queues it is necessary to maintain a safety distance of at least 1 m.
To help you respect the social distancing, dedicated signs have been placed in the facility. We invite you to wash your hands often or use the disinfectant gel along the way and in the toilets.
Cancellation policy: full refund will be issued for cancellation made at least 72 hours prior to the activity.
